At Iscooterglobal, we want you to be completely satisfied with your ride; if you are not happy with your purchase, you can return your electric scooter in its original condition within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all original packaging and accessories are included to qualify for a full refund.
Return Process

Contact our customer support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
- 2.Pack Your Scooter
Securely pack the scooter in its original box, ensuring all chargers, manuals, and tools are included to avoid restocking fees.
- 3.Ship the Item
Affix the provided shipping label or use a tracked courier service to send the package back to our designated service center.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians inspect the returned unit for quality assurance, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
